In this academic course project, I was tasked with creating an image that uses long-exposure photography, which uses long shutter speeds to create an illusion of motion. This photo was taken on the side of the main highway that runs through Winona. The light effect crossing the image is from the headlights of cars passing by. The final image creates a bright and futuristic look that is pleasing to the eye.
